This is a custom made item and there is no return on the artwork. A silhouette is a likeness and results will vary depending on the quality of the photo you send and the artist’s interpretation and style.

I will send you a photo of the silhouettes prior to shipping for your approval. 

If mats or frames arrive damaged, please contact me within 14 days to arrange for a replacement.
